Slide the lower globe onto the mounting plate or mounting part of stand. Make sure that the rails on the plate fit into the respective grooves on the dispenser bottom. Push lower globe down until it snaps in place.
To open the upper globe, push both flaps located at the right and left side of the dispenser and remove cover.
Pull up on middle cover with ribs and remove to expose battery holder.
Insert (4) new D-Size batteries into holder observing the polarity shown on battery holder.
Watch for LED light in front of dispenser to light up and confirm correct battery placement.
Replace middle cover with ribs back into its seat.
Take new Germstar bottle, cut off the plastic appendix at the tip of the nozzle by using a knife or other sharp utensil.
While covering the hole with a finger, flip bottle so nozzle points down then remove finger.
Insert the nozzle into the dispenser through the hole until it is seated firmly.
Put the upper globe back on the lower part by sliding the two cover flaps into the openings of the middle part, and push down until it snaps back into place.
