Germstar's independent rep. position is designed for individuals who can dedicate full or part time status. An independent sales rep. (ISR) is an independent contractor who uses both company and self-provided resources to qualify and establish new business accounts for Germstar®, provide ongoing field support and earn commissions on the sales. ISRs do not purchase product for resale; a 1099 tax form is issued for all earnings.Ideal candidates will already have strong sales or key account experience. Key industry experience or contracts can be helpful as well (examples: former nurse, current sales rep. looking to expand the product line-up, etc.)
